Vendor Information
- Vendor Space: 10' x 10' or 10' X 20'
- Vendor Fee: $50 - $100
- 10 X 10 Tent = $50
- 10 X 20 Tent = $100

Only severe weather conditions such as lightning, hurricanes, or dangerous winds may result in cancellation. If an event is canceled due to severe weather, vendor fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be credited toward another event.
Your completed payment reserves your vendor space and serves as your confirmation. No additional confirmation email will be sent, so please save or print these event details for your records.
Important Tent Requirement
All pop-up tents must be properly weighted. Vendors arriving without adequate tent weights will not be permitted to set up a tent for safety reasons.

Vendor Expectations
To ensure a successful event for everyone:
- Vendors must remain for the entire duration of the event.
- Leaving early without approval may affect eligibility for future events.
- One business is permitted per vendor space.
- Vendor spaces are assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.
- Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and table coverings.
- Electricity is not available. Quiet generators are permitted where appropriate.
We welcome a variety of businesses and handmade products to create a diverse shopping experience. Because of this, exclusive vendor categories are not offered. Direct sales companies are limited to one representative per company whenever possible.
To protect our vendors and guests, outside event organizers may not solicit vendors during the event. If someone attempts to distribute promotional materials or recruit vendors, please notify event staff immediately.
To reduce online scams and duplicate event listings, we ask vendors not to create separate Facebook or social media events for our shows. Instead, please share the official event page provided by Two Sisters Promotions.
Vendor Fees & Cancellations
All vendor fees are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
- Not eligible for future event credit
Please verify your availability before registering.
Vendor spaces may not be transferred, resold, or assigned to another business.
Setup Information
Vendor setup begins at 8:00 AM.
Upon arrival:
- Check in with event staff.
- You will be directed to your assigned location.
- Unload your vehicle.
- Move your vehicle to designated parking before completing your setup.
Vendor Responsibilities
Each vendor is solely responsible for:
- Products being sold
- Business licenses
- Required insurance
- Sales tax collection and reporting
- Compliance with all state and local regulations
Maximum tent size is 10' x 20'.
Oversized tents are not permitted.
Every tent must be secured with sufficient weights. Vendors are responsible for any damage or injury caused by unsecured tents or equipment.
Punta Gorda Fire Department RequirementsVendors must comply with all applicable fire safety regulations.
Food vendors or vendors using heating equipment, generators, propane, electrical equipment, or other flammable materials may be required to:
- Use certified fire-retardant canopies or maintain required spacing from neighboring tents.
- Obtain permits when required.
- Have a current state-certified ABC fire extinguisher (minimum 5 lb.) readily accessible.
- Maintain cooking equipment in safe working condition.
- Secure propane tanks and fuel containers properly.
- Keep walkways and exits clear.
- Use outdoor-rated extension cords without splices or knots.
- Prevent trip hazards by securing cords crossing pedestrian areas.
- Have absorbent material available for grease or oil spills.
Please contact the local Fire Marshal with questions regarding permit requirements.
Clean-Up
Each vendor is responsible for leaving their space clean.
Please remove all trash, merchandise, boxes, and supplies before leaving the event.
Family-Friendly Policy
Two Sisters Promotions is committed to creating welcoming events for all ages.
The following are not permitted:
- Merchandise displaying explicit profanity
- Political merchandise
- Offensive or controversial products that are not appropriate for a family-friendly environment
Photography & Marketing
By participating in this event, vendors acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken throughout the event and may be used by Two Sisters Promotions for advertising, marketing, website content, and social media.
Liability Agreement
By registering for this event, participants acknowledge and accept all event policies.
Participants release and hold harmless Two Sisters Promotions, the venue, event staff, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliated organizations from liability for injuries, damages, losses, theft, or claims arising from participation in the event.
Participation is at the vendor's own risk.
Vendors must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a space.
Vendor Conduct Policy
Professional behavior is expected at all times.
Two Sisters Promotions reserves the right to remove any vendor whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, threatening, dishonest, or otherwise inappropriate toward staff, fellow vendors, or event guests.
Any vendor removed for misconduct:
- Will not receive a refund.
- May be prohibited from participating in future Two Sisters Promotions events.
- May forfeit any prepaid registrations for future events.
By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all event policies and procedures established by Two Sisters Promotions.
