About this Event
As a sponsor/donor, your business will play a pivotal role in continuing the mission of the Solano Midnight Sun Breast Cancer Foundation, helping to raise funds for breast cancer support programs in the community. We have different levels of sponsorship that give you an option on how your business can be involved!
- PRESENTING SPONSOR (Only 1x available - category exclusive + 1st right of refusal for 2027 STBT event) Your business will receive: Logo inclusion on ALL event print and digital flyers, posters, website, social posts, and email blasts (12K database) + logo inclusion on event T-Shirts. Plus, 10x10 or 10x20 on-site booth space at ending event at Iron Steed H-D. Includes (1x) event t-shirt. Sponsorship Donation = $1000
- EVENT SPONSOR Your business will receive: Logo inclusion on event T-Shirts, sponsor mentions in social posts, logo inclusion on website event listing, and email blasts. Option to have a 10x10 booth space at ending event. Includes (1x) event t-shirt. Sponsorship Donation = $500
- T-SHIRT SPONSOR Your business will receive: Logo inclusion on event T-Shirts. Sponsor mentions in social posts. Includes (1x) event t-shirt. Sponsorship Donation = $250
- BOOTH VENDOR (non-food) 10x10 booth space for on-site event only. Sponsorship Donation = $100 *You must get approval prior to confirmation. Please email: [email protected] for approval before submitting payment.
- RAFFLE PRIZE SPONSOR Donation of raffle prize(s) – business mention at ending event. Social mentions as prize sponsor. Donation of Raffle Prize(s) min. value $50

- On-site Registration: 9a-10a @ Iron Steed H-D, Vacaville, CA
- 2 stops along the route (Ride map will be released closer to event day)
- Ending party at Iron Steed H-D: 12:30p-3:30p with Band, Food, Beer, Games, Prizes, Bikini Bike Wash and more! If you can't make the ride, join us at the ending party!
