The Washington Stormwater Center invites stormwater industry organizations and professionals to participate in the 2027 Washington State Municipal Stormwater Conference (MuniCon 2027) through sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities.
MuniCon provides opportunities to connect with NPDES stormwater permittees and other stormwater professionals from across Washington State.
Conference Sponsorships
Choose from three levels of sponsorship:
Watershed Sponsor — $3,500
Includes two complimentary conference registrations, conference recognition and promotional benefits, and complimentary exhibitor space.
River Sponsor — $2,500
Includes one complimentary conference registration and a range of conference recognition and promotional benefits.
Stream Sponsor — $1,500
Includes one complimentary conference registration, recognition on the conference website and registration page, and an informational handout in attendee materials.
Additional sponsorship opportunities include wayfinding signage, hydration stations, coffee and snack breaks, and networking events.
Additional Sponsorship Opportunities
Looking for another way to support MuniCon 2027? In addition to our primary sponsorship packages, we offer several opportunities for organizations to support specific conference activities and amenities.
Wayfinding Pathway Signage — $1,000
Help attendees navigate the conference with branded directional signage placed along key routes between conference locations. Includes logo recognition on designated wayfinding signage. One available.
Hydration Station — $1,400
Keep attendees hydrated with a branded water-refill station located on the main concourse. One available.
Coffee & Snack Break — $1,000–$1,500
Support refreshments and networking between conference sessions. Sponsors will be recognized on signage at break locations. Three available.
Networking Event — $2,500–$4,000
Support a conference networking social hour, providing an opportunity for attendees to connect with colleagues and industry professionals. Contact the conference organizer to discuss sponsorship details and event arrangements. Three available.
Exhibitor Opportunities
Exhibitor Space — $995
Exhibitors receive a 6-foot draped table, chair, garbage can, and access to electricity and wireless internet service.
All exhibit materials must fit within the allotted space. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own extension cords, and cords must be taped down to prevent tripping hazards.
Exhibitors will be asked to identify their preferred booth locations using the numbered floor plan. Booth preferences are requests, not guaranteed assignments.

This page is for purchasing sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities. Purchases made here are not individual conference admission tickets.
Complimentary conference registrations included with qualifying sponsorship packages will be arranged separately through the main MuniCon 2027 registration page.
Sponsorship artwork must be received by March 2, 2027. Artwork received later will be considered based on production requirements.
Sponsor-provided promotional information and materials are subject to review and approval by conference organizers.
