Join us for a Specialty Workshop to focus on training your splits! There are no prerequisites for this workshop. We recommend wearing comfortable leggings or yoga pants and bringing a water bottle!
We are hosting this workshop twice: once on Friday, November 7th, and again on Friday, November 14th! You are welcome to come to one or both of them.
Registration is $20/non-member and $18/member. Please make sure to sign up on MindBody to save your spot in class!
