Splits Training - NO FITNESS/YOGA EXPERIENCE NEEDED - Join us to stretch!

This one hour workshop will take you through functional strengthening and stretching movements to build your splits! Join us for just one event, or come every week for a limited time to get the full series-- up to you. We are located at Trinity Pole Studio in Kirkland, a dance studio offering pole and flexibility dance classes for everybody. We aim to be a safe space for all identities to explore dance and movement.

This one hour class includes a warm-up, conditioning, and individual guidance from our flexibility instructor Sara. This class is for all levels, whether you have never stretched before, or are close to getting your splits!
