Naarm/Melbourne, Australia has been churning out reliable punk rock since the likes of The
Chosen Few and Rowland S. Howard were kicking about in the late '70s. SPLIT SYSTEM are a
band that carry on this tradition into the 21st century. Cooked up behind the scenes during
COVID lockdowns featuring members of Stiff Richards, Bad//Dreems and No Zu, they
seemingly came out of nowhere but sounded like they'd been slamming beers to Saints and
Radio Birdman records together and playing gigs for many years. In their relatively short
time on the scene they have demonstrated a knack for combining muscular street punk with
classic rock hooks, which has seen the band convert music lovers within Australia and
overseas, sharing bills with the likes of Amyl & The Sniffers, The Murlocs, C.O.F.F.I.N., Gee
Tee, Boris, Wednesday, Cosmic Psychos, Civic, Frankie & The Witch Fingers, Cable Ties,
Floodlights and A Giant Dog.superb!!!!

Most musicians make you choose between rock and roll, TWISTED TEENS would never do that. TWISTED TEENS outperforms all other punk bands on every single standard industry benchmark whether it be horsepower, dogpower or catpower. they have sacrificed everything in their lives for this, all hope of love, or meaningful relationships, or basic health goals and even personal hygiene. Twisted teens opens a door to a new universe by simultaneously shutting all other doors to all other possible or available universes. Their attachment style is avoidant, their political platform is religious psychosis, and somehow, just somehow, they make it all look good, SO good.

welcome SLANDER TONGUE to the big league! 70s rock stalwarts roll over the never-finished-Berlin-city-highway with the windows-down album "Monochrome". This is aggro power pop, punk with pop sensibilities all in a full guitar driven 70´s ballroom blitz. Nowhere else to go when they hit the stage or the dj pulpits. SLANDER TONGUE smell a great rocknroll party spree like sharks blood in the ocean. If you would have to nominate someone in town to garage and power pop band jeapardy master class, no question, this would be them. The band has previous records on garage notorious no-good ALIEN SNATCH! approved gin palaces like SLOVENLY, BACHELOR or WILD WAX (hello Jens!)
