Join us in an inclusive play date & social gathering. We can work on social skills, as well as sensory challenges with different textures that the splash pad can offer. There is a playground near the splash pad as well. With enough interest, I will reserve a picnic shelter. Leo’s Landing is a mile from the splash pad, but still in the park. It offers accommodations to anyone with different abilities. We can make the drive over to play there also. This is a gathering to provide friends with special needs a safe environment to be themselves, as well as surrounding them by a group of individuals who love & support them. This will be a nice time for parents to talk with other parents that can relate to them. Siblings, friends & families of all abilities are invited to attend.
Piece by Piece will provide the entry fee of the children. A post will be made about 1-2 weeks before June 22 to get a headcount. Please make sure you look out for that post. This will let us know how many wrist bands to purchase ahead of time.
