In this two day workshop (Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30) you will understand how to better organize your work to tell the story you intend with your photography. There will be group feedback and hands on help to get a better perspective on your work, and how others perceive it.
This workshop will help define your vision and message and help to guide you to produce work that represents your personal style. Whether you’re trying to reorganize your website galleries, submit to a portfolio review, a contest or a gallery, how you sequence your photos matters. Selecting and sequencing your images is a skill, and can be the difference as to whether your work gets the proper focus you want.
This workshop is open to all styles and subjects and levels of experience. It is recommended that the participants have a cohesive body of work in progress. It is strongly preferred that students bring prints of any size rather that digital files on a laptop to share with the class.
This is a Splash Week workshop, but all are welcome to participate, regardless of whether or not you are registered for Splash!
