Pasquotank Extension Fall Canning Series

Each session will be held at the Pasquotank Extension Center on Wednesdays from 9am-12noon. Cost for each session is $10, which helps cover cost of supplies. Classes will consist of an educational component, hands on food prep and processing, walking through the actual canning process, exploring recipes and a review of commonly asked canning questions.

· Spaghetti with Meat Sauce - September 18, 2024

· Chicken and Corn Chowder - October 9, 2024

· Homestyle Baked Beans - October 30, 2024

· Beef Pot Roast in a Jar - November 20, 2024

· Chipotle Beef for Tacos - December 4, 2024
