Get ready for the ultimate test of endurance and fun at Four Seasons Health Club's Splash.Mash.Dash - Indoor Triathlon! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking for a new challenge, this event has something for everyone. Gather your friends and get ready to make a splash, mash the pedals, and dash to the finish line – all indoors!
Event Details:
Date: January 25, 2025
Time: Adult heats start at 8:00 AM; Kids' heats follow all adult heats and awards
Location: Four Seasons Health Club, 904 Four Seasons Road in Bloomington
Registration: Sign up today in person at either club location to secure your spot! With heats running every 20 minutes and spaces filling fast, don’t wait to register.
Registration Fee: $40 for members, $50 for non-members. Register by January 8 to be guaranteed a T-shirt. Registration closes January 20.
Heats: Heats will begin every 20 minutes and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
How It Works:
Adults & High School (Age 18+ and High School):
Participants will compete in three disciplines – swim, cycle (stationary bike), and run (treadmill) – with each discipline lasting 15 minutes. A 5-minute transition period will follow each segment. The participants with the highest combined distance (based on points) across all three events will be recognized with medals.
Kids (Grades 6-8):
Younger competitors will swim, bike, and run for 10 minutes in each discipline. A 5-minute transition period will follow each segment. The top performers in each category will be recognized with medals.
Age Groups & Categories:
Adults (18+)
High School (Grades 9-12)
Kids (Grades 6-8)
Awards:
Top 3 male and female finishers in each category will receive medals to celebrate their achievement.
