Come see a former Pepsi bottling plant come back to life as mixed-use (commercial/residential) building conversion. Of particular interest is the Nyle central heat pump water heater. Made in Maine, it is the first one of its kind installed in the US, and an example of skid systems that could be a key to scale through simpler installations.
