Run and swim your way through Mountain Valley Park during our Mountain Valley Splash & Dash! This race will consist of a 275-yard swim and a ~1.5-kilometer run!
This race will be run in overlapping heats of 6 people, organized by sign-up times! It will move from swimming to a mostly paved run around the urban lakes!
The facility will open at 9am for warm-ups!
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the race begins to check in & prepare for the race. It will begin with swimming, then progress to running; the transition zone will be at the end of your respective lap swimming lane! Each heat will begin after the previous one is out of the water and has begun their run.
