AND
INDUCTION CEREMONIES FOR THE
GREATER CINCINNATI JOURNALISM HALL OF FAME
Three individuals will be inducted into the Greater Cincinnati Journalism Hall of Fame on Thursday, June 25 by the Cincinnati Pro Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists. The Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be part of the annual SPJ Excellence in Journalism Awards program.
The induction program will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the offices of Cincinnati Public Radio -WVXU, 2117 Dana Ave., Cincnnati, OH 45207
The two living honorees that will be celebrated in 2025 include:
Kathy Doane and John London
Two individuals will be inducted posthumously:
Jon Ester & Jack Helsel
The Hall of Fame was created by the Greater Cincinnati Pro Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists.
The Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be part of the annual Excellence in Journalism Awards program. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists that have been named to receive an award.
Thursday, June 25 -- 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Evening includes:
6 p.m. - Reception
7 p.m. - Program
9 p.m. - Event concludes
Tickets are availabe for $35 each. (Plus applicable Eventbrite fees; includes hors d'oeuvres and drinks. Guests may also bring a check with them at the door.) If desired, guests may make an additional donation to support Cincinnati Public Radio - WVXU.
Free parking is available in the WVXU lot, at the adjacent Hilton Garden Inn, and nearby street parking.
