This fully hands on workshop will teach you the process to make my favorite beginner pasta.
You will learn how to mix, knead, rest and shape the pasta dough into a raindrop shape called Spizzulus!
*Disclaimer: this pasta dough does contain wheat, so it is not safe for celiac or gluten allergies. Does NOT contain eggs and is vegan.
