There are two kinds of hypnosis. One kind is for fun on a stage, where people act silly. The other kind is soft, gentle, and made for healing. This workshop uses the healing kind. You stay awake, safe, and in full control the whole time.
Spirituality and hypnosis work together to reach your subconscious mind—the quiet place inside where old thoughts, fears, worries, and memories live. With hypnosis and Divine support, we gently clear out what no longer helps you. We release stress, heavy feelings, and old patterns so your heart can feel open and light again.
This workshop helps you step into the New Year calm, steady, and centered. It supports you in feeling strong inside so you can move through January with peace, clarity, and joy. When you feel balanced within, you naturally bring peace to the people around you.
Hypnosis is one of the easiest ways to reprogram the mind and support deep inner healing. Come rest, reset, and begin your year with a clear mind and an open heart.
Sound Healing Journey
As we move into the sound healing, you’re invited to soften your body and get comfortable. This part of the evening helps your nervous system unwind and gently release old energy.
You don’t need to do anything. Just breathe and receive.
The tones and soft frequencies guide your mind and body back into balance, helping you return to ease, calm, and inner alignment.
Kelsey Elledge:
Kelsey is a sound healer, Karuna Reiki® Master, retreat leader, teacher, and ceremonial guide. She creates safe, peaceful spaces for deep rest, energetic clearing, and soul-level healing. With sound and ceremony, she helps people feel more clear, calm, and connected.
Sara Alavi
Sara is a Vedic Counselor, Reiki® Master, Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapist, Hypnotist, Advanced Yoga Nidra Teacher, and EFT Practitioner and Teacher. Sara’s healing journey began in 1996 after sudden vision loss, anxiety, and PTSD. Through steady yoga and meditation, she healed fully and learned the true power of the mind–body–spirit connection.
Sara is a highly trained and experienced holistic healing guide with many years of advanced study in spiritual wellness, trauma-informed care, and mind–body healing. With her deep knowledge, compassion, and expertise, she has helped and taught hundreds of people how to heal themselves from the inside out.
For more than 20 years, Sara has shared her wisdom with people from all walks of life. She has served in hospitals, founded a healing center, supported private clients, and created safe spaces for deep inner transformation. Her work is gentle, heart-centered, and rooted in helping each person rise into their true light.
Her mission is to help every soul heal softly, grow strong, and remember who they really are. ✨
