With the changing of times, I feel it's more important now than ever to come together and stay connected in community. With that said, I chose the theme for this gathering, focusing on LOVEWhat to expect?
~ A safe space to share and come together
~ A grounding & heart centered meditation
~ Collective participation in sending Love, Peace & Harmony to the people around us, and the Planet as a whole.

Spiritual Sip & Chat is about coming together without judgement, in a safe space where all beliefs & backgrounds are welcomed. Only rules are "Respect" And "Presence." That means, no scrolling on your phone while interacting together, if you need to take a call for an emergency etc... please step outside the room.
Please give yourself at least 10-15min to order your beverage &/or food prior to our start time, relax and we'll see where the conversation takes us!

My intention with this gathering is to focus on the positive, building on the new, on topics that feel good, that can lead to more uplifting experiences VS getting caught up in the rabbit hole of negative thinking, fear, despair etc... So, if I feel the conversation is spiraling, I may intersect to redirect.
We can't have a balanced conversation without both, I simply would like to tip the scale back if I see it going in that direction.
If you have anything you'd like to bring and share with the group like; oracle cards, a quote, a poem or message, etc.. (could be anything!), you're more than welcome but certainly NOT required!
