What does spirituality look like when you get to define it for yourself?
Spiritual Saturday is a monthly gathering from Connect Northshore created for LGBTQIA+ people and allies who want space to slow down, reflect, connect, and explore the deeper parts of being human.
And no....you do **not** have to be religious to belong here.
Spiritual Saturday isn't about telling you what to believe. It's about creating room to explore the things that connect us to ourselves, one another, and the world around us: purpose, intuition, healing, joy, grief, authenticity, boundaries, self-compassion, nature, belonging, and more.
Each month will feature a different theme and may include:
Guided reflection and grounding
Meaningful community conversation
Journaling or creative activities
Personal growth and wellness practices
LGBTQIA+ affirming connection
A space to simply be
Some months may explore the intersection of faith and LGBTQIA+ identity. Others may have nothing to do with religion at all. Spiritual Saturday welcomes people across the spectrum of belief; including those who are religious, spiritual-but-not-religious, questioning, agnostic, atheist, or simply curious.
There is no expectation that you share your story, have the "right" answers, or believe anything in particular.
Come as you are. Bring your curiosity. Leave a little more connected.
