Needing a moment to step away and restore your soul? Join us on Saturday October 11th for a day of spiritual restoration to focus on your wellbeing and ground yourself in wholeness and peace. The day will start at 9:30 am and end at 5:30 pm, but participants are welcome to come and go as they please.
The schedule is as follows:
9:30 am either Chair yoga or Ener-Chi (a variation of Tai Chi)
10:30 am enter into meditation on your inherent worth or join a workshop detoxing toxic religious practices and believes, letting go of what does not give you life
11:30 am participate in an art workshop, either Painting Your Inner Vision or Found Poem Collage
12:30 pm Grab lunch nearby or stick around and purchase from a food truck on site (*truck TBD)
From 1:30 - 4:30 pm the morning schedule REPEATS itself so that you can have the opportunity to attend every session if you so desire!
4:30 pm Sound Healing (you DON'T want to miss this!)
