Spiritual Reset

In this class, we don't just sweat. We let GO! We release what is unlike God. We reset our posture, our mindset, and our spirit. We will move, stretch, breathe, and be challenged physically and spiritually... Class is from 1-2pm. We will have lite refreshments after if you'd like to stay and partake from 2-2:30pm
