Spiritual Recharge in Nature with Katie Detrich

Join Katie at a historic farm in Crownsville, tucked away in the woods!
Treat yourself to a day of relaxation, self-discovery, and physical well-being through yoga, meditation practices, art therapy and sound bath healing. Unwind, grow and leave feeling transformed and rejuvenated.

Activities:

*Guided meditation.

*Mindfulness walk in nature.

* Gentle yoga flow.

*Create a nature themed craft.

*Sound bath meditation in zero gravity chairs.

Light snacks and refreshments provided. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks.

What to bring: sunblock , light blanket, pillow, water, proper shoes for walking, insect repellent, hand sanitizer, antibacterial wipes.

This event will take place in the woods, and we will only have access to an outhouse. Please bring proper bag to carry belongings.

All guests must sign a waver upon arrival to participate. Cancellation due to rain will result in reschedule or refund.
