Awaken Your Inner Awareness - A free afternoon of inner clarity and intuitive self-reflection sponsored by the Rosicrucian Order, AMORC.
Join us for an experience of spiritual journaling, intuitive self-reflection, and gentle fascial/vagus‑nerve stretching to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and restore balance in your body-mind.
Spiritual journaling bridges the mental and the mystical. When you write honestly — grief, confusion, gratitude, insight — you move your thoughts out of your head and into a space where they can be transformed. Many people discover intuitive answers, meaningful patterns, and “coincidences” that reveal their larger story.
Movement to music supports this inner work by activating the vagus nerve and fascia, helping your body feel grounded, safe, and connected.
A spiritual perspective allows your inner awareness to deeply perceive reality. For example, when you journal about gratitude for or achieved goals you’ve achieved, your brain treats it as a success. Using your journal (PROVIDED) to set a weekly spiritual intention helps "prime" your brain to notice opportunities and stay resilient and grounded when things get chaotic.
The Experience:
· Refreshments are available from noon.
· Browse and take home inspiring esoteric books, AMORC and non-AMORC.
· Explore deeper teachings. There will be AMORC promotional displays and QR codes, etc.
Schedule
· 12.00 p.m. Start time – Refreshments, Meet and Greet.
· 1.00 p.m. Journaling as a Spiritual Practice Workshop
Journal provided to take home (weekly theme with daily sessions)
· 2.30 p.m. Movement to Music (fascial/vagus nerve stretching)
· 3.00 p.m. Prize draws
