Join us for a rejuvenating wellness event featuring four unique one-hour sound bath sessions, each designed to harmonize mind, body, and spirit. These immersive experiences combine guided meditation with the vibrational healing of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and a gong. Each session is built around specific musical notes that correlate with different emotional and energetic states, helping to restore balance and well-being. In addition to each event having a unique focal point, Amber runs a style of sound bath that includes individual sound treatments for each participant in addition to the constellation of the group itself.

These sound frequencies have been used for centuries to promote healing, relaxation, and emotional well-being. The notes selected for these specific sessions are based on the work of Dr. Mahesh Hukmani, an inventor, researcher and surgeon based in Punjab, India. Whether you seek deep rest, personal growth, or spiritual connection, these sessions will leave you feeling refreshed and centered. No prior experience needed—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive. 1" foam mats and a yoga blanket will be provided. Feel free to bring extra padding / pillows if you feel the tug. The session will be held in a bell tent so if it's a chilly day, be sure to wear extra layers.
