Spiritual Hygiene

Just as we care for our physical body, our energetic body needs care too.
In this interactive, hands-on class, we will explore how to recognize the energy around us, understand what belongs to us—and what doesn't—and learn practical ways to keep our own energy and vibration clear.
We will work together to learn how to:
✨ Identify energy and recognize when you are taking on the energy of others
✨ Clear, release and regenerate your own energy
✨ Create a simple spiritual hygiene practice for everyday life
✨ Stay grounded instead of becoming energetically overwhelmed
✨ Hold space for others without carrying their energy with you
This class is a natural next step for anyone developing and learning to trust their intuitive senses. The more aware we become of energy, the more important it becomes to understand how to work with it.
This is an experiential class, so come ready to participate.
Each participant will receive an Energy Clearing Kit to take home.
Bring a journal or paper, a pen, and wear comfortable clothing.
