We are in a critical time in history where so many of us are looking to expand our Spiritual knowledge and incorporate this knowledge into our everyday life so we can live fuller and happier lives.
Be a part of this very special day as you journey into yourself and open up to new and exciting concepts, skills, and tools that will help you establish and build your Spiritual Foundation. Once your foundation is created you can continue to grow and expand in order to become the soul and person you are meant to be in this life!
In this class you will learn how to live a more spiritually sound, happy, fulfilling, and joy filled life! You will learn, practice, and participate as we discuss foundation topics like:
-Meditation/Prayer
-Understanding, clearing, and embracing energy
-Forgiveness
-Self Care
-Effective Communication
-Essential Oils and Crystals and other tools
-Self Love and Knowing your Worth
-Grounding
-Current Energy
-Living as an Empath
-Death and the Afterlife
-Spirit Teams and their role in your life
This class is not only informative but interactive as we share life experiences so we can better apply and integrate all the material being discussed throughout the class.
Please bring a journal for taking notes, and lunch will be on your own. Light snacks will be available and a water and coffee station.
Dress comfortably and casually and be prepared for a wonderfully insightful and fun day!
Class Fee: Early Bird Pricing through September 18th, $150! Full class fee is $175. When you sign up a CC will be used to reserve your spot. Full payment due day of class and cash/check preferred. CC will be charged in full for anyone who does not show for class.
