SEEL - Spiritual Exercises for Everyday LifeSEEL takes the spirituality of St. Ignatius Loyola’s traditional 30-day retreat and spreads it out for working, world immersed people over 32 weeks with several breaks. This is certainly a time- tested way for busy people to grow more deeply into their relationship with and commitment to Jesus Christ. At the end of the retreat people will have acquired many tools to manage their spiritual life including how to discern the Lord’s will for them in everyday life, bringing them to greater spiritual freedom and peace.
Journey with a small group weekly and meet privately with experienced spiritual directors/ prayer guides twice monthly. SEEL allows you the time to dive into the richness of The Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius which have been time tested over the last five centuries with people in every walk of life and given in every country in the world. The original 30-day retreat is broken into manageable exercises over eight months with weekly group meetings - in person or over zoom.
