Class Description:
Discover the art of natural beauty and wellness in this transformative workshop that combines Gua Sha and face yoga techniques to lift, sculpt, and rejuvenate your skin while promoting overall well-being. Using a uniquely designed Bian Gua Sha stone and a dry oil mix crafted to support the skin barrier, you’ll learn to drain lymph nodes, boost circulation, and stimulate collagen production for a radiant, youthful glow.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Gua Sha practice will focus on your face, neck, and scalp, helping to release tension and support the health of your skin. In the second part of the class, you’ll engage in a gentle face yoga routine to tone facial muscles, smooth fine lines, and enhance your skin’s natural vitality. These holistic techniques empower you to embrace your natural beauty and reduce reliance on invasive treatments or makeup.
Experience how holistic beauty practices can empower you to maintain even skin tone, achieve radiant skin, and feel confident in your natural appearance! With most of the body's lymph nodes located in the head, neck, and shoulders, this workshop also supports overall health by promoting detoxification and vitality.

Charmaine empowers others to rediscover their natural beauty through holistic practices that nurture the skin and support graceful aging.
