Meghan Raza is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master and Mindset Coach who helps people break free from self-doubt, stress, and subconscious patterns that keep them stuck-no matter how much “work” they’ve already done.
After burning out from chasing success and still feeling like it wasn’t enough, she discovered that the real problem wasn’t motivation-it was old programming. Now she blends hypnotherapy, mindset coaching, and energy alignment to help others shift from overthinking to clarity and confidence.
