March's Spiritual Book Club Pick: "Ways of Being" by James Bridle.

What does it really mean to be intelligent? Is intelligence something uniquely human, or is it something shared with animals, plants, ecosystems, and even machines?

In Ways of Being, James Bridle invites us to expand our understanding of intelligence beyond the human perspective. At a time when artificial intelligence is rapidly shaping our world, this book asks us to pause and look more closely at the many forms of knowledge and awareness that have always existed around us. From nature to technology, Bridle explores how different systems of thinking and being challenge the way we see ourselves and our place in the cosmos.

This month’s book club creates space to reflect on these bigger questions together. We will explore how technology, ecology, philosophy, and spirituality intersect, and how widening our perspective might help us live more consciously and compassionately in an interconnected world.
