This event is sold out!!!Join Wright State alumni, faculty, staff, retirees, and friends on an overnight tour of Lexington, Kentucky. You’ll sample bourbon from Hartfield & Co. distillery and Barrel House Distilling. Lunch on Saturday will be provided at the Elkhorn Tavern.
Start off Saturday night with a walking ghost tour of downtown Lexington (Kentucky’s most haunted city) starting at the Kentucky Theatre and goes to Hopemont, the Old Morrison Building, and Mary Todd Lincoln’s house. All locations are historical and haunted.
If the ghost tour isn’t spine tingling enough, you’ll be staying overnight at the Campbell House Hotel, one of Kentucky’s most haunted hotels. Don’t worry, our rooms are in the newer section, so apparitions should be limited to the lobby, restaurant, and bar. Dinner will be on your own, see link for dozens of restaurants (and a casino) within 1-mile walking distance of the hotel.
On Sunday, we will check out of the hotel by 11, load up your luggage, and enjoy lunch on your own before we depart for Equus Run Vineyard and winery for a tasting. After our last tasting, we’ll head back to Dayton via luxury motorcoach. All tours, tastings, hotel, and bus are accessible.
The All-Inclusive Rate Includes:
-One night stay at the Campbell House Hotel, Lexington
-Round trip transportation from Dayton to all distilleries, wineries, ghost tour, and hotel via Croswell Motor Coach
-Snacks on the motor coach
-Admission to tours and tastings

Double Occupancy Room: $245.00
Triple Occupancy Room: $220.00*
Quad Occupancy Room: $205.00*
*There are a maximum of two beds in each hotel room, so triple and quads will have to share a queen bed.
