Join us on Thursday, June 27th for an Exclusive Tasting Event with El Mayor Tequila and Special Guests: Anna McDermott and Sarah Otis from RNDC. We will have a Chef-curated, Multi-Course Tasting Menu to pair with four different spirits from El Mayor. PLUS! Guests will receive one welcome cocktail upon arrival.

• First Course: El Mayor Blanco paired with a Tuna Tart with an Avocado Crema, Burnt Avocado Rind Powder, Green Apple, Lime Zest, and Sea Salt
• Second Course: El Mayor Reposado paired with Charred Octopus on a Squid Ink Tostada, with a Radish, Mango, Orange, and Lime Frisée Salad
• Third Course: El Mayor Anejo paired with Al Pastor Marinated Pork Chop, with a Grilled Pineapple Salsa, Charred Tomatoes, Avocado, and Cilantro
• Fourth Course: El Mayor Cristalino paired with a Passion Fruit and Charred Jalapeño Sorbet, Lavender Tuile, and Fennel Infused Honey Foam
