Welcome to the Spirited Candlelight Church Tour at The Castle Beloit!
Join us for a magical 2-hour experience with thematically paired cocktails from Levi, heavy hors d’oeuvres from chef Liz, guided candlelight tours through a 30,000sq ft 1906 church with a spiritual medium and participate in a professionally guided paranormal investigation with our very own Ali Krause, a gifted Psychic Medium and her paranormal team.
This will be an evening filled with history, mystery and enchantment.
Explore the beautiful architecture of the castle (a 1906 church with 1954 falloutshelter addition) as it is illuminated by the warm glow of candlelight. Walk through the halls and rooms of this historic building and learn about its fascinating past. Take in the breathtaking view of the Golden Hour, a reclaimed 3rd story choir loft, overlooking the 1906 chapel below.
This event is a unique opportunity to experience the Castle in a whole new light. Don't miss out on this unforgettable and intimate experience!
And for those who want to experience just the cocktails, we welcome you to stay behind in the Golden Hour with Levi, enjoy the bar, one another's company and libations, as your friends explore the space with Ali. The night is about unplugging, spending time with like-minded people (and more) and truly being present, whatever that means for you.

We are happy to provide paired drinks and food: here is a peak to wet your appetite
Welcome drink: The Angel's Envy Manhattan, you will be welcomed with this incredible spirit, mixed by Levi to the owner of the Castle. Cozy in and get settled together with the intimate groups as he tells you about the history of the spirit, how its made and where the cocktail got its name.
Second drink: an Elijah Craig Gold Rush, sip and listen to the history of the old church that burned down and brought a community together, the farmers converting the burned oak into barrels to store that summer's harvest, aging it into what we know today as bourbon. Launching a global brand and bringing a whole new era to moonshine itself.
Third drink: Smith & Cross Rum highlighted in The Quiet Choir, an original cocktail created by Levi for this night. A little preview - rhubarb puree from the Beloit Farmers Market, Aperol, Smith & Cross Rum, lemon juice, lemon peel, pink saline, shaken and served up, naturally.
