Spirit Series - Catoctin Creek Distilling

Come enjoy a fun evening with dishes inspired by the fall season, using local ingredients, and cocktails featuring select spirits from Catoctin Creek Distilling!
Each of the three courses will be paired with a cocktail, and a sampling of the featured spirit. Avalon from Catoctin Creek will guide you through the tastings. All spirits will be for sale at the end of the event, for pre-order to pick up the next day, or later. We may have limited quanities to take home that evening.
Ticket includes:
3 courses of dishes, each with a paired cocktail, and a sampling of the featured spirit(s).
Tickets do not include gratuity, and as we are a seasonal restaurant, menu items are subject to change. Because of the exclusive nature of this event, we cannot accomodate allergies or substitions
The dinner menu includes:
First Course: Roasted Pumpkin Salad, mixed greens, red onion, mint, feta, spiced walnuts, honey balsamic vinaigrette
Second Course: Choice of
Pan Seared Cod, herbed pearl cousous, wilted arugula, brown sugar honey roasted carrots, buerre blanc
*OR*
Roasted Pork Loin, Carolina gold rice, sauteed spinach, habanero mushroom cream sauce
Third Course: Pumpkin Spiced Knafeh, toasted pistachios
