Skip the takeout and learn how to make delicious dumplings yourself during a relaxed, hands-on night at Peabody Heights Brewery.
Chef Jesse Cross of Crosswood Cooking Collective will guide you through preparing savory chicken and vegetable fillings, folding dumplings several different ways, pan-frying them until crisp and golden and mixing a homemade dipping sauce.
You’ll cook, learn and enjoy the dumplings we make together. No previous cooking experience is necessary—just come ready to have fun and get your hands a little floury.
Come with friends, make it a date night or join us solo. This class is designed to be welcoming, social and approachable for every skill level.

Peabody Heights beverages will be available for purchase separately and are not included with your ticket.
Space is limited so every guest can participate. Reserve your seat before the class fills.
GOOD TO KNOW
- Please arrive between 5:45 and 5:55 PM. Class begins promptly at 6:00.
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
- This class is intended for guests 18 and older.
- Guests purchasing alcohol must be 21 or older and present valid identification.
- Vegetable dumplings are included. Tell us during registration if you will not be eating chicken.
- Notify Crosswood Cooking Collective of allergies or dietary restrictions at least 48 hours before class.
- This is a shared cooking environment, so protection from cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.
