Join yoga instructors Kate Smith and Annie Adams for their ‘Spirit of a Child’ Day Retreat!
We’ll be gathering at the beautiful Inn at Jennifer’s Gardens for a dreamy day of embracing and nurturing our inner child and reconnecting with our curious spirits. We’ll explore the carefree energy of childhood through gentle yoga and meditation, a creative flow art workshop, inner voice work, playful connection and rest.
