Spirit Circle

What is it?

Imagine a group of people getting together for the common purpose of exploring spiritual ideas, meditation, or to ask and answer questions on life. Those might be questions like why we’re here; what does it mean to live a life you’re proud of; and is there anything beyond what we can see and touch?

Is it for me?

Spirit Circle is for you if you’re asking questions about life; looking for a spiritual, but non-religious practice; and are open to exploring your own spiritual development.

What happens?

We explore an aspect of spirituality each time we meet. That might be compassion, connecting to something higher (whatever that might be!), dealing with uncomfortable feelings, or trying to understand what a spiritual path means for us.

There’ll be a mixture of meditation, talks, and singing.

Where is it?

The Universalist Unitarian Community of Halifax. We’re at 5500 Inglis Street in Halifax.

When is it?

The last Sunday of each month from 6-7 pm.

What should I bring?

An open, curious mind.
