Journey beyond the thinking mind and into the deeper layers of yourself.
Matt Dillon Malcangi, Sound Practitioner, will immerse you in an experience of sound, frequency, and vibration.
Jennifer Wright, CCHt, will then guide you through group hypnosis — helping you move beyond the analytical conscious mind, access the subconscious, and create space for insight, inner connection, and transformation.
Jo Figueras will complete the experience by channeling intuitive insights and soul-guided wisdom, followed by time for reflection and intentional herbal tea.

Both afternoons are designed to help you step away from the noise and reconnect with your intuition, your inner wisdom, and the part of you that already knows.
No previous experience with meditation, hypnosis, sound healing, or intuitive work is necessary. Simply come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
