This course is an intensive eight month spiral around the Medicine Wheel of your life.
The course consists of five non residential weekends.
This course is for anyone who wishes to explore life, well-being and their interaction with it.
Spiralling the Medicine Wheel has grown organically from what we have come to understand through working with and teaching the Medicine Wheels. It has grown from study, our own personal process, insights gained from the teachings, reflections, and from working closely with our Faerie Guides.
The Wheel unravels our life issues, shows us the source of them and guides us to potent places where we can effect change. It shows how we tend to get caught in the powerlessness of chasing our own tail, our own limiting patterns and habits. It then challenges us to free ourselves from those old patterns and change our future.
The work is powerful and touches the deep wounds within to help bring insights and change.
In addition we will focus on how you can connect with the elements and directions in your everyday life and help to use the medicine wheel like a map for re balancing when you are confused, stuck or in need of healing. These can be applied to many aspects of life including personal growth, general guidance, work, projects and relationships.
Once we have learnt the steps of the medicine wheel, we can use it to engage life in a new way; not as a series of events that happens to us but as a journey that we have chosen

Rick and Sheila Blackwell have been on the Shamanic Path for many years. They studied at the Warrior in the Heart Foundation in Glastonbury and are qualified Shamanic Practitioners offering a wide
experience in course facilitation and spiritual/complementary therapies.
