Spiral House Tours

A guided 45-minute tour inside this unique architectural gem.

Your tour guide will be Ronnie Shushan, co-author, with Tom and Patty, of The Spiral House, the book about Tom’s art, the development of the property, and the creation of the house.

Enjoy an afternoon tour inside the Spiral House, with SHP founder Patty Livingston, who created the property with her late husband, the artist Tom Gottsleben.

Hear stories about the five-year adventure of building the house, the influence of sacred geometry on its design, and the various ways stone from the site was used in the architecture and the interior.

Join us for coffee or tea and sweets before an in-depth tour of the house.

To see the entire house, be prepared to navigate four stories of the magnificent stainless steel and glass spiral staircase, while enjoying the bookcase that surrounds the stairwell. (See FAQs for more details regarding accessibility.)

Ticket includes a grounds pass to enjoy the landscape and outdoor sculptures an hour before the house tour.

Meet at the front door of the Spiral House. Doors open ten minutes before the scheduled tour.
