Spiral Dance is a partner dance fusion of tantra, authentic relating and Brazilian Zouk.

It creates a pathway for easy connection, strengthens bonds, and revitalizes intimacy.

It's queer-positive and brings everyone to experience the full spectrum of Masculine and Feminine energies within themselves.

This class eases you into dancing with another person by first preparing your nervous system for closeness and providing instruction for simple movements to try and space to play with them.

Tamina Paris

Performance Artist Coach

Dubbed a “Canadian Legend” in the dance scene, Tamina Paris was the first female hip-hop dancer in season 1 of So You Think You Can Dance Canada. With over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry: She played “Tiffany” on the Original cast of the hit series The Next Step, danced with Lady Gaga for 6 years and is the co-creative director & choreographer for Drag Race Winner, Queen Priyanka.

Beyond her performance accolades, Tamina's passion for fostering community and personal growth led her to establish "Exalted Expression." a holistic approach to achieving your highest potential as an artist and individual, both on and off the stage.

Tamina emphasizes the importance of self-love & self-discovery. She believes that dance is more than just copying steps; it’s about expressing from within and not trying to fit in a box. Tamina's coaching programs create a supportive space for artists to figure out who they are, get comfortable in their expression, and step into their star power. Her approach emphasizes mental, emotional and spiritual wellness first.

Tamina's legacy is marked by her profound impact on the dance community, with students who have toured with Missy Elliott, Drake, Doja Cat, become entrepreneurs, and created pathways to success - THEIR way

When you work with Tamina, there’s no longer a question of what you bring to the table - YOU OWN IT.
