Join Leah for a 2-hour workshop where she will guide you through specific Japanese Yoga Therapy exercises to release tension, improve spinal mobility, and strengthen and lengthen your spine.
The therapeutic exercises you will learn during this session are easy and accessible to most people and, for many, can bring instant relief. Practiced over time, these exercises will give long lasting relief by addressing inherent weaknesses that lead to back pain, and support the healing process deep inside the body and mind.
If you suffer from any form of back pain, or simply want to maintain a strong and healthy back for life, then this workshop is a must for you.
About Your Facilitator:
Leah is an accredited Senior Yoga Teacher (Yoga Australia) and has helped hundreds of people find relief from back pain over her 15 years of teaching. She is an advocate for health and wellbeing and freely shares her knowledge and yoga expertise on her YouTube channel and on her podcast from The Centre of Ki.

Refund policy:
-If you withdraw more than one week before the event a refund can be offered for less than 25% (admin and fees).
-If you withdraw less than one week before the event we reserve the right not to offer a refund but we can reschedule you for the next event or you can transfer the ticket to someone else.
-No refund or rescheduling is offered if you withdraw in less than 48 hours from the event start time or a no-show. If for any reason, we cancel the event then you will be offered a refund in full.
