Experience Spinal Flow Technique creating deep relaxation and healing in a two hour immersive session, combining powerful Spinal Flow and sound therapy designed to restore balance and support your body’s innate healing.Julie and Donna are excited for you to be able to experience a spinal flow session along with a relaxing sound bath session. We are both passionate about facilitating healing and love to hold a safe space to allow this to unfold.
There are two sessions to choose from 10am – 12pm or 1pm – 3pm and

What’s Included:
Begin with a calming sound bath to relax your nervous system and prepare for healing.
Learn about this gentle, non-invasive technique and how it helps release blockages.
A personalised assessment followed by a hands-on Spinal Flow treatment to restore alignment and ease.
Conclude your session with another soothing sound bath, allowing your body to fully integrate the healing experience. Enjoy a warm lemon and ginger tea after your session.
Please note wear Comfortable clothing not jeans or thick pants.
