Team up and take on the multiverse! Join us for a 2-Headed Giant Commander event celebrating Spider-Man. Pick a partner, build your decks, and battle side by side in this epic team format!Please show up with a partner. If you do not have one, we will do our best to find one but can not guarantee one.
When: October 18th
Start Time: Noon (Please be prompt. Late arrival may exclude you from entry)
Entry: $30 per team member
Cap: 30 players
Deck lists: Required. Please upload them to Moxfield and email them to us.
Format: 2-Headed Giant Commander, Unified Construction, Cut to Top 8/Top 4
Prizes: Each participant will receive 1 (TBD) Promo (while supplies last). Additional prizes in the form store Credit prizes for Top 8/Top 4 (Based on attendance.)
2HG Details:
Teams are made of 2 players.
2 v 2
Each team starts with 60 Life.
Team members take their turn at the same time.
The team who plays first skips the draw step of its first turn.
Unified Deck Construction, meaning players can not have the same cards in each of their decks. (Excluding basic lands. One player gets Sol Ring)
Effects that read "each opponent" or "each player", however, affect each team member separately. Players can block any creature(s) that are attacking them, their teammates or Planeswalkers their team controls.
