� Spicy Ashtanga is BACK! �From January 2026, Alina is bringing her iconic Spicy Ashtanga back to Yogalina. This practice is accessible for everyone — active, social, and a beautiful way to build discipline while feeling more connected to yourself and the community around you. �
Join us every Monday, 5:45–6:45 PM for a dynamic, uplifting flow. Alina will guide you through a steady weekly build, focusing on understanding the principles, moving consciously, and using props in a way that truly supports your body.
Fresh from an inspiring training with David Swenson, she’s returning with even more depth and knowledge to share. These classes aren’t just movement — they’re a space to connect, grow, and strengthen together. ��

Alina is also launching a 5-week Ashtanga course: Wed 7th Jan- 4th Feb - 5:45-7:15pm. Each week brings a different focus to help develop your practice with confidence and consistency. No experience needed — simply show up as you are. �
