Let's get in to some next level spicy! Join Chef Stevie of Khronology Functional Wellness to learn all about various kinds of spicy ingredients, and cook then eat some delicious spicy recipes! $45 per person includes hands on cooking class and instruction, take home recipes, and ingredients. Class held at the teaching kitchen of the Arc of the Pikes Peak Region. All ingredients, recipes and equipment will be provided.
About Chef Stevie:
Chef Stevie has over 30 years experience as a chef and nutritionist, starting her career in New Orleans where she is from. She believes food should both be good AND good for you!
