April Spice of the Month: Grains of Paradise Explore the warm, peppery flavor of grains of paradise—an aromatic spice native to West Africa that adds depth without the bite of black pepper. With subtle citrus and ginger notes, it’s perfect for both savory and baked dishes. This month’s kit features two bold recipes and reading picks that highlight heritage, resilience, and the power of flavor.
