Meet the members of the library’s Sphero Challenge teams! You are invited to see their coding programs in action and cheer them on as they submit their challenges for judging in February!
Join us for conversation, treats, and camaraderie on January 27th at 6pm. This event is free and open to the public.
Children from each team will be on hand to demonstrate what they can do with their Sphero Robots, and display their various missions. The children will be happy to answer any questions about what is it like to be a part of a Global Challenge team, and how they work together to make these missions possible.
Sphero is an international organization where students compete in robotics challenges all over the world, like our upper elementary and middle schoolers. Teammates take on roles of coders, designers, debuggers, and more to complete each new task. Students learn leadership, teamwork, and all about the multi facetted world of STEM.
