Entry Fee: $15.008 Participants Maximum
This event will be a speed painting competition with a paint color draft ahead of painting.
Each participant will have one hour to complete their miniature.
Each player will have access to the following, provided by the event:
• 1 grey primed mini (mystery) -- (If you wish to bring your own miniatures, you're more than welcome but it must be grey primed to alleviate any additional colors.)
• 1 dry palette
• 1 pack of beginner brushes
• brush cleaning water
• black acrylic paint, white acrylic paint, mid-tone silver metallic acrylic paint
• two drafted acrylic paint colors (see below)
Each of the 8 participants will randomly determine a draft order, and then snake draft the 16 colors that are available to pick. For example, for pick orders 1, 2, and 3, draft order would be : 1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1.
The participants will ONLY have access to the 3 paints available to everyone, and their 2 drafted paint colors for 5 total paints. No known information about the colors in the draft will be given before the event.
Winner will be determined by a non-participant judge counsel.
