Speed Mentoring Event

On the 30th April we will be hosting a speed mentoring event in partnership the business department of Bradford College and SkillsHouse Careers & Technical Education (CTE).

We hope that as many employers as possible will come along to speak with the young people at Bradford College and inspire them; by answering questions and advising them as to the best way to succeed.

The afternoon will run from 2 pm to 5 pm and the first half will be the mentoring session, whereby small groups of students will be given 10 minutes to speak with an employer before they move on to the next one and repeat the process. There is hopefully the opportunity that the 'best' group of students (as voted by the employers) is given the chance for longer-term mentoring. The second half of the afternoon will be reserved for networking with all of the different employers involved.
