Speed Friending - Friendship for Black &Queer/Trans Ppl - 40 & Up

Speed Friending is like speed dating, but for friends only. It’s a chance to connect with other Black queer and trans folks in Atlanta, and who knows—you might just find lifelong friends or new people to explore the city with.

This month, we’re focusing on the 40 & up folks! Remember, this is a space for platonic connections only, so your romantic status won’t matter. Come out to have fun and meet new people!

FriendZoned was founded in 2023 with the mission of creating intentional spaces that nurture platonic friendships for Black queer and trans people. Since then, we have grown to offer a wide range of programming and volunteer opportunities. Our spaces are designed to be safe, affirming, and inclusive places where we can bond over shared hobbies, interests, and values.
