Our Speed Dating Workout blends movement + connection so meeting people actually feels natural.You’ll rotate throughpartner-based exercises (about 5 minutes each), giving you just enough time to meet, chat, laugh, and catch a vibe — without the awkward sit-down pressure. And hey… if you’re not feeling it with someone, just crank out a few extra squats 😂 New exercise, new person coming right up!
Expect a fun, coach-led workout, lots of laughs, easy conversation, and a great group of active singles. All fitness levels welcome — our certified trainers can help modify anything as needed.

After the event, use the Two Birds Fit web app (aka your wingman) to choose up to 6 Friends + 6 Flirts. If it’s mutual, we’ll make the intro within ~24 hours.
